This book is about the shadow planet Rahu in Vedic astrology and predicting its capacity to help you achieve big things in your life. As per the records, more than 95% of the scientists were successful in their discoveries during their Rahu dasa period in their lives. A greater number of successful innovators, businessmen, politicians, billionaires, and sports personalities were produced in the Rahu dasa period of their respective lives. If you consider the whole life of a person, the most important turning point of his life would have happened in the Rahu dasa period. Be it a positive change in life or a negative change in life, much of the change is decided by Rahu dasa, more than any other planet’s dasa. Despite all these successes, it is very difficult to predict Rahu dasa and what will deliver to the native. It requires not just thorough knowledge of Vedic astrology but also innovative thinking along with the requisite amount of experience. I have used a key part of the horoscope of some of my clients and those that are well known to me. Hence, the horoscope details given in the example are proven examples and not stories. This book will provide some foundation for my forthcoming books in Vedic Astrology.
An important point to remember is that this book is not for the beginner, but for those at least at the intermittent level. You are strongly encouraged to develop your questionnaire and ask me via email.
There are a few things that may appear different to the reader;
i. The placement of Rahu or any other planet based on the nakshatra is not considered. Only the house (or bhava) of placement is considered.
ii. Aspects of Rahu upon the houses other than those it occupies is not considered.
iii. Predictions are made on the basis of auspicious energy or inauspicious energy within the house and the respective planet.
Misunderstandings of the concepts are cleared to the maximum possible extent. The most favorable bhava, favorable houses, and favorable combinations, for a benefic Rahu are explained with suitable examples. On the other hand, the unfavorable bhava, houses, combinations and aspects are also explained, citing some horoscopes. A few important and frequently asked questions are answered with the help of my experience. Take your own time in digesting the concepts.
